Decoration: coconut.

Pistachio and caramel boule

Ingredients: dark chocolate (61% cocoa) cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla extract. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Milk chocolate (36% cocoa), sugar, cocoa butter, caramel (skimmed milk powder, sugar, butter milk, whole milk powder, cocoa, 37% pistachio paste, anhydrous butter, natural vanilla extract, salt. Emulsifier: soy lecithin.

Decoration: Oistachio grain

Hazelnut boule

Ingredients: milk chocolate (39% cocoa), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa beans, vanilla extract. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. White chocolate (35% min. cocoa butter, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 37% hazelnut paste, natural extract of vanilla, salt. Emulsifier: lecithin.

Decoration: crèpe (wheat flour, sugar, pastry butter 15% (milk), skimmed milk powder, dyes: simple caramel, salt, barley malt extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin, leavening agent: sodium carbonates

White Boule

Ingredients: white chocolate (35% cocoa butter), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, natural vanilla extract. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. White chocolate (35% cocoa butter), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, dark brown muscovado cane sugar, brown sugar, 37% almond paste. Emulsifier: soy lecithin.

Mou Boule

Ingredients: dark chocolate (61% min. cocoa) cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla extract. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. White chocolate (32% min. cocoa butter) cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, milk whey, butter (milk), anhydrous butter, natural vanilla extract. Emulsifier: soy lecithin.

Decoration: cocoa butter, colorants: E110. Capol 425 (ethyl alcohol, E904, vegetable oil, Anhydrous alcohol: 0.823 lt / kg). Capol 254NA (Arabic gum E414, sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, citric acid E330, ethyl alcohol, water, anhydrous alcohol: 0.063l/kg).
